Tamarind Sun was officially created in early 2006 - but the band has existed in one form or another since singer/songwriter Debbie Goldsmith first picked up a guitar and tried her eleven-year-old hand at composing.  Over the years Debbie’s songs have come to be loved by an ever greater number of people, and as our repertoire has grown and evolved so has our sound. But the things that make Tamarind Sun what it is really haven’t changed: three incredible voices, and melodies to match; a gift for harmony; lyrics that are thought-provoking as often as they are uplifting; and a certain Latin American feel.
